Your right to deletion

At OGz Studios, you stay in control of your information. You can request the deletion of the personal, business, or connected social account data we hold about you. This page sets out how to do that and what to expect once you do.

How to request deletion of your data

Requesting deletion is simple and free.

Using that exact subject line helps us identify and process your request quickly.

What to include in your request

So we can find your records and verify the request is really from you, please include:

• Your name — the full name associated with your project or enquiry.
• Your email — the email address you used to contact or work with us.
• Business name — your company or brand name, if applicable.
• Connected social account — the Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account you connected with us, if applicable.

How we handle your request

Once we receive your request, OGz Studios will review and process it within a reasonable period, preferably within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity or locate your data, we'll get in touch. We'll let you know once your request has been completed.

Information we may keep

We will delete the data covered by your request. However, some records may be retained only where this is required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. In those cases, we keep only the minimum necessary, for only as long as required, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

Removing Meta, Facebook & Instagram access

If you connected a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account with us, you can also remove our app's access directly from your own Meta account settings at any time:

• Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select the app → Remove.
• Instagram — Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → select the app → Remove.

Removing app access stops any further access to your account. To also delete the data we already hold, please send the deletion request described above.
